激子环碎裂的微观理论

摘要
我们描述了零温度下间接激子凝聚体在环上的密度随极角变化的依赖关系，并涉及激子的形成和复合过程。特别是，从具有空间均匀产生项的准一维Gross-Pitaevskii方程出发，我们推导出一个精确解析解，该解产生了激子环的碎裂，这可能在实验中被观察到。
