摘要
盖革模式雪崩光电二极管(G-APD)中有限的激活像素数不仅导致其响应的非线性,还会引起额外的涨落。综合考虑这两种效应,可以计算出理想 G-APD 的幅度分辨能力,结果表明其为有限值。作为推论之一,基于 G-APD 的闪烁探测器的能量分辨能力被证明受限于一个由 G-APD 像素数决定的最小值。
