摘要
在具有个叶节点的集合上，如果上的任意有根二叉系统发生树均可作为其基树，则称基于树的网络是普适的。Francis 与 Steel 证明了在情形下存在上的普适基于树的网络，并询问一般情况下此类网络是否存在。我们通过证明对任意均存在无穷多个普适基于树的网络解决了该问题。
