摘要
在本短文中，我们研究平坦正交矩阵的存在性，即所有元素的绝对值接近 的实正交矩阵。元素为 对应于 Hadamard 矩阵，因此平坦正交矩阵的存在性问题可视为 Hadamard 问题的一个松弛。
