摘要

我们从永久元的 Ryser 公式推导出 Glynn 公式。我们进一步通过轨道论证确立 Glynn 公式给出了永久元的最优行齐次 Chow 分解。我们引入一种用于上界估计多项式 Chow 秩的方法。我们的方法基于对称多项式基本定理。最后我们导出永久元的秩揭示行齐次 Chow 分解的参数化描述。我们的结果为 Glynn 首次获得的参数化提供了另一种途径。
