我们考虑完全旗簇中Schubert簇的切锥，并研究两个不同Schubert簇的切锥何时重合的问题。我们给出了这种重合的一个充分条件，并提出了一个提供必要条件的猜想。特别地，我们证明所有对应于Weyl群Coxeter元的Schubert簇具有相同的切锥。我们的主要工具是秩矩阵中的支柱项概念，该矩阵计算给定旗与标准旗的交集的维数。这一概念是Fulton本质集的一个版本。我们利用秩矩阵的支柱项计算了Schubert簇的维数。
