摘要
证明了使用Lorentz和Coulomb规范计算电场表达式等价性的众所周知的过程是不正确的。两种规范之间的差异源于标量势扰动传播速度的差异。作为辅助结果，证明了电场解不能直接从Maxwell方程获得，即不引入标量和矢量势。
