摘要
已知存在一个多单播网络，其具有速率线性网络编码解当且仅当有限域的特征属于给定的有限或余有限素数集。本文中，我们证明对于任意非零正有理数，存在一个多单播网络，其具有速率分数线性网络编码解当且仅当有限域的特征属于给定的有限或余有限素数集。
