摘要
在诸如ATM的多业务网络中，自适应数据业务（如ABR）共享由更高优先级业务未使用的带宽。网络向ABR源指示它们应以之传输的公平且高效的速率，以最小化其信元丢失。在本文中，我们提出一种用于确定活跃连接的“有效”数目以及每个连接的公平带宽分配的新方法。
