摘要
ABR 业务旨在公平分配高优先级业务未使用的带宽。网络向 ABR 源端指示其应发送的速率以最小化信元丢失。交换机必须持续测量需求与可用容量，并在竞争连接间公平划分容量。为计算每个连接的公平高效分配，交换机需要确定活跃连接的有效数量。本文提出一种确定活跃连接数量及各连接公平带宽份额的方法。我们从分析上证明了所提方法的效率与公平性，并通过将其纳入 ERICA 交换机算法进行了仿真。
