摘要
我们研究李代数上的第二类局部共形辛（LCS）结构。我们展示了一种从赋予LCS结构的低维李代数和合适的表示出发，构造具有第二类LCS结构的李代数新例子的方法。此外，我们刻画了通过我们的构造得到的所有LCS李代数。最后，我们研究在相应的单连通李群中存在格，以获得具有此类结构的紧流形的例子。

We split the original paper into two: this is the main part and it focuses on lcs structures, while the forthcoming second part will focus on lck structures. This new version also expands previous results. Indeed, we give a converse of the main construction of the previous version. Comments are welcome!
