一种数字免疫护照与疫苗接种证书的创新架构

摘要
随着 COVID-19 大流行进入第二阶段且各国政府正施行疫苗接种策略,人们愈发期待回归正常生活。当前围绕免疫护照、隐私以及使个人安全重返日常社交、工作与旅行展开辩论。此类数字免疫护照与疫苗接种证书应满足人们对隐私的期待,同时使其能向第三方验证者出示防篡改凭证。本文通过提出一种向个人、雇主与政府机构提供数字、去中心化、可携、不可变且不可抵赖的健康状态密码学证明的架构,对技术、伦理与安全挑战给出全面解答。其可用于评估允许个人重返工作、旅行与公共生活活动的风险。
