我们证明了 Menger 型结果，其中所得路径两两不相邻，这既适用于有界最大度图，也更一般地适用于排除拓扑次要子的图。我们进一步展示了在次三次情形下的更优界，特别地利用计算机辅助证明得到了两条路径的紧结果。
