我们刻画了对应于半轴上具局部平方可积势的Dirac系统的矩形Weyl矩阵函数集合，并展示了一种从Weyl函数恢复局部平方可积势的新方法。同时讨论了我们的方法与卷积算子的accelerants之间的重要相互联系。
