访问并理解具有全球影响的当代与历史事件（如美国大选和奥林匹克运动会）是跨语言事件分析的先决条件，后者旨在跨国界调查事件的成因、认知与后果。在本文中，我们提出开放事件知识图谱（OEKG），一个多语言、以事件为中心、时序性的知识图谱，由来自多个应用领域的七个不同数据集组成，包括问答、实体推荐和命名实体识别。这些数据集均通过易用且鲁棒的流水线进行集成，并链接到以事件为中心的知识图谱 EventKG。我们描述了它们的通用模式，并以三个用例演示了 OEKG 的使用：特定类型图像检索、基于知识图谱与新闻文章的混合问答，以及特定语言的事件推荐。OEKG 及其查询端点已公开可用。
