强相关双层电子体系中观测到量化霍尔拖拽

摘要
测量了平行二维电子体系之间的摩擦系数,在强层间关联 regime 中进行。当双层体系进入洞外量化霍尔态时,总 Landau 能级填充因子 \nnu_T=1 时,拖拽的纵向分量消失,但出现强烈的霍尔分量。观察到霍尔拖拽电阻在 h/e^2 处得到准确量化。
