摘要
激发能带的降低开关电流可用于检测微波诱导的跨带迁移。通过映射激发阈值处的频率依赖性来进行谱线测量，其中微波光子能量与带隙相等。这种激发阈值还提供了对换能器岛上电荷态混合的探针。换能器中任何不对称性都会导致在岛上电荷态之间差异一个多普尔对的状态之间的相干混合表现为在电荷态间隔一个多普尔对的状态之间的电荷态混合的寄生电位点处出现的有限间隙分裂。非对称换能器中测量到的间隙分裂清晰地展示了这一效应。
