基于神经网络的非线性矢量预测

摘要
本文中我们提出一种基于多层感知机的非线性矢量预测方案。该系统应用于 ADPCM 后向方案中的语音编码。此外，给出了一种获得矢量量化器的方法，以实现全矢量语音编码器。我们还给出了所提系统的若干结果。
