基于 MLP、RBF 与 Elman 预测的非线性语音编码

摘要
本文提出一种基于多层感知机、径向基函数与 Elman 网络组合的非线性标量预测器。该系统应用于 ADPCM 后向方案中的语音编码。该预测器的组合改善单一预测器的效果。文中还给出这三种神经网络用于语音预测的比较研究。
