零维受限微腔极化激元的非线性弛豫

摘要
我们研究了在非共振激发下,浅零维陷阱中受限极化激元态的发射特性。我们揭示了几个弛豫区域。对于略微负的光子-激子失谐,我们观察到发射强度的非线性增加,这是强耦合机制下载流子-载流子散射辅助弛豫的特征。这证明了系统向受限态的有效弛豫。对于略微正的失谐,我们观察到从强耦合到弱耦合机制的转变,然后到单模激射。
