摘要
计算了掺杂纳米管联结中的非线性电容。当施加偏压超过纳米管的准能隙时，电容随施加偏压的增大而减小。对于该器件，可以推导出约 0.1 皮秒的松弛时间。由于其负电阻 (NDR)，亦可推导出小于 1 fs 的开关时间。
