摘要

我们表明，地球物质效应对 ${\rm {\nu_e \to \nu_e}}$ 存活概率的影响可以用来干净地确定第三个轻子混合角 $\theta_{13}$ 以及大气中微子质量平方差 $\Delta m^2_{31}$ 的符号，使用 $\beta$ -束作为 $\nu_e$ 源。
