摘要

我们表明，在三代轻中微子具有层级质量且中微子质量矩阵元素之间无精细调节的框架下，可以利用太阳中微子数据获取轻子混合矩阵元 $U_{e3}$ 的信息。反之，在大气中微子或长基线加速器或反应堆中微子实验中测量 $U_{e3}$ ，将有助于区分太阳中微子问题的可能振荡解。
