长基线及大气振荡实验中的中微子混合与质量

摘要
我们认为，无论未来长基线实验的结果如何，仍需要额外信息来明确区分不同的中微子混合情景。为此，我们使用一个简单的地下数据检验：向下与向上事件之间的不对称性。这种不对称性中物质效应可能至关重要，它分别检验电子中微子和缪子中微子数据，并且可以在不依赖任何模拟程序的情况下与理论预测进行比较。
