面向良聚类图的近最优层次聚类

摘要
本文针对 Dasgupta 代价函数提出两种高效的层次聚类（HC）算法。对于任意具有清晰簇结构的输入图 ，我们所设计算法在 输入规模上以近线性时间运行，并返回关于 Dasgupta 代价函数的 -近似 HC 树。我们在合成与真实数据集上将算法性能与先前最先进方法比较，表明所设计算法以低得多的运行时间生成相当或更好的 HC 树。
