SrFe$_{1.85}$Co$_{0.15}$As$_{2}$单晶中近乎各向同性的上临界场

摘要
我们通过高达50 T的电阻率测量，研究了SrFeCoAs单晶（=20.2 K）沿面和轴的温度依赖上临界场。对于两个晶向，在零温极限下变得近乎各向同性，达到约48 T。曲线的温度依赖性可通过轨道和泡利极限行为与双带效应的相互作用来解释。
