二分系统中的互熵产生与传感

摘要
我们引入并分析了自主系统中的互熵产生 (MEP) 概念。由于非马尔可夫效应，评估 MEP 速率通常是一项困难的任务。对于二分系统，我们在各种极限机制下提供了闭式表达式，并通过数值模拟进行了验证。基于对生化和电子传感模型的研究，我们提出 MEP 速率可作为衡量传感精度的相关指标。
