马拉松是人类挑战中最极限的挑战之一。本文应用最近引入的多 fractal技术，作为处理在马拉松跑者身上捕获的生理数据的新分类参数。其值的比较提供了关于不同水平跑者如何进行跑步的新见解，最终可用于给出如何提高其性能的建议。
