脉冲激光沉积的蒙特卡罗模拟

摘要
利用 Monte Carlo 方法，我们研究了亚单层区域的脉冲激光沉积过程。在我们的模拟中，纳入了原子从团簇解离的过程。我们的结果表明，在极低强度下脉冲激光沉积类似于分子束外延，而在较高强度下则表现出与分子束外延截然不同的特征。我们还获得了岛尺寸分布。脉冲激光沉积的岛尺寸分布标度函数与分子束外延的不同。
