摘要
为控制当前2019冠状病毒病的暴发，需对疫情进行持续监测，因为迄今尚无针对该病毒的疫苗或抗病毒药物。我们在https://stochastik-tu-ilmenau.github.io/COVID-19/提供每日更新的随时间变化的再生数估计值。本文档描述了我们所使用的、基于(Fraser 2007)开发的估计量，推导其渐近性质，并给出实现细节。此外，我们在模拟数据上验证该估计量，展示真实数据上的估计结果具有合理性，并进行敏感性分析。最后，我们讨论为何需谨慎解读所得估计值。
