摘要
软件过程改进（SPI）不仅需要大量精力来识别相关问题并给出恰当回应，还需要投入大量精力用于变更的实施与采纳。最佳实践基于聚合的经验与知识，为软件团队提供如何在实践中达成既定目标的建议。在本文中，我们呈现 GEANT 在采纳最佳实践的过程中的经验与观察，并介绍我们一直使用的环境设置。
