非洲创新绩效的建模、可视化与分析

摘要
在本文中，我们讨论创新绩效的概念与涌现，以及如何对其进行量化，主要使用来自全球创新指数（Global Innovation Index）的数据，并着重于非洲创新绩效。我们简要概述使用机器学习对创新绩效进行建模的现有文献，并利用简单的机器学习技术，借助 stack-overflow 开发者调查的见解，来分析并预测全球创新指数中的“移动应用创建指标”（Mobile App Creation Indicator）。此外，我们构建并比较了用于预测同样来自全球创新指数的创新产出分指数（Innovation Output Sub-index）的模型。
