摘要
来自公共卫生领域的患者反馈的情感分析可帮助决策者评估提供的服务。当前论文聚焦于关于一般内科医生和精神医疗护理的患者调查中的自由文本评论，这些评论被标注为四个句子级极性类别——positive、negative、mixed 和 neutral——同时也尝试通过利用来自一般领域来源（即评论）来缓解数据稀缺问题。对于各种不同的架构，我们比较了 in-domain 和 out-of-domain 效果，以及训练联合多域模型的效果。
