摘要
非晶态介电材料在极低温和极弱激发强度下的微波性能表现出显著的超额损耗。在此,我们展示了某些常见非晶态和晶态介电质的损耗角正切,这些数据是在低温 (T < 100 mK) 下、利用近单光子激发能量,通过共面波导 (CPW) 和集总 LC 谐振器测量得到的。该损耗可用二能级态 (TLS) 缺陷模型来理解。文中概述了所用半波长谐振器的电路分析,并从理论上考虑了此类谐振器在多层介电基板上的能量耗散。
