对LaSrCuO薄膜进行电阻率、磁阻和渗透深度测量,掺杂的Zn浓度可达12at.%。结果表明,反平方渗透深度的平方温度依赖式表明d波超导性不受掺杂的影响。超导性的抑制导致一种金属非超导相的出现,这正如预期的那样,与自旋涨落相关的配对机制有关。金属-绝缘体相变发生在kFl~1的附近,似乎是由无序引起的,而掺杂对载流子浓度没有影响。
