超导与多晶电荷密度波之间依赖于掺杂的竞争关系

摘要

通过对 La2x_{2-x}Srx_xCuO4_{4} 薄膜的高脉冲磁场电阻数据进行系统分析,我们提取了从极欠掺杂到极过掺杂区间内若干掺杂值的实验相图。我们的分析凸显了电荷密度波与超导之间的竞争,该竞争在 x=0.08x=0.08x=0.19x=0.19 之间普遍存在,并产生先前观察到的双步转变。当被强磁场抑制时,超导在分别以 x0.09x\approx 0.09x0.19x\approx 0.19 为中心的两个特定掺杂范围内具有韧性,且竞争电荷密度波相的起始特征温度在 x=0.19x = 0.19 以上消失。在 x=1/8x=1/8 处,发现两相在零磁场下恰好共存。
