现有租户情形下二分类偏好的房屋分配机制

摘要
我们考虑带有现有租户的住房分配问题，其中每个主体具有二分类偏好。我们提出了满足最多主体数量的策略证明、多项式时间且（强）个体理性的算法。对于仅禀赋模型，其中一种算法还返回一个核稳定分配。
