我们提出了宇称破坏参数 A_c 的直接测量结果。该测量基于 SLD 探测器收集的 550k 个 Z^0 衰变事例。平均电子束极化为 |P_e| = 73%。c 夸克事例的标记采用了两种方法：D^*+、D^+ 和 D^0 介子的独有重建，以及 D^*+ -> D^0 pi_s^+ 衰变中软π介子 (pi_s) 的包含 P_T 谱。这两种方法的结果合并给出 A_c = 0.688 +- 0.035(统计) +- 0.025(系统) (初步结果)。
