摘要
许多研究探索计算机在多大程度上能够检测人类表现出的情感并利用该数据执行不同任务。然而，评估计算机生成情感分类信息以帮助用户决策或执行任务的能力的研究极少。这是一个关键的研究领域，因为其对人机双向通信至关重要。本研究开展了一项实验，考察情感分类的不同不确定性信息展示方式对人类决策过程的影响。结果表明，展示更多的不确定性信息可帮助用户在做决策时更具信心。
