我们引入了一种基于众所周知的并发度 (concurrence) 的直观的真正多体纠缠度量。我们展示了如何推导该度量的下界，这些下界也满足纠缠度量的重要特征。这些下界在实验上是可行实施的，从而能够在广泛的情况下量化多体纠缠。
