摘要
Dempster 的协方差选择方法首先被推广到一般非奇异矩阵，然后被推广到满秩长方矩阵。Dempster 观察到他的补全求解了一个最大熵问题。我们证明了我们的广义补全也是一个适当的类熵变分问题的解。
