掺杂硅的磁电阻

摘要
我们在施主浓度超过金属-非金属转变临界值的重n型掺杂硅上进行了纵向磁电阻测量。结果与多体理论的结果进行了比较，该理论假设施主电子位于宿主的多谷导带底。理论与实验获得了良好的定性一致。
