双带导体中的磁振荡与频率混合

摘要

给出了理想化双带抛物线色散费米液体中de Haas-van Alphen (dHvA)效应的精确解析结果。我们考虑由两个具有不同带边和带质量电子带组成的费米面。带间磁击穿(MB)可忽略不计。在电子总数固定的情况下(正则系综,CE),推导了dHvA傅里叶振幅的解析表达式。正如文献中已报道的,化学势的振荡导致频率混合,而适用于巨正则系综(GCE)的Lifshitz-Kosevich (LK)理论在极低温度下不适用。我们表明,相应的傅里叶振幅取决于两个有效质量以及两个基频之间的可公度性。
