摘要
在 MaaS（出行即服务，Mobility as a Service）中，交通方式被虚拟化为出行资源并通过互联网提供给用户。从法律角度看，这种 ITS（智能交通系统，Intelligent Transport System）模式引发了若干关于数据保护的担忧。本文在简要描述 MaaS 并介绍 ITS 中数据保护问题之后，探讨了 GDPR（通用数据保护条例，General Data Protection Regulation）在欧盟的影响，识别可能的威胁与补救方法，并提出了一种合理的应对思路。
