摘要
识别铌膜腔的损耗机制能够准确确定未来加速器项目的应用,并指出需要研究以减轻其局限性的课题。样品测量表明,电场是铌膜的主要损耗机制,通过表面氧化物中局域态与超导铌中非局域态之间的界面隧穿起作用。
