摘要
本文发展了一种 Nash-Moser 迭代型约化方法，以证明某些具有幂律长程跳跃的 维离散几乎周期算子的（逆）局域化。我们还给出了跳跃正则性的定量下界。作为应用，将 \cite{Sar82, Pos83, Cra83, BLS83} 的若干结果推广到幂律跳跃情形。
