我们描述了不可约代数幺半群 $M$ 在幂等元 $e$ 处的局部结构。当 $e$ 为极小元时，我们证明 $M$ 是核 $MeM$ （一个齐性空间）上的诱导簇，其纤维为双边稳定子 $M_e$ （一个具有零元和稠密单位群群的连通仿射幺半群）。由此得出，当 $M$ 为正规时，幂等元的稳定子和中心化子均为不可约，并给出了任意 $M$ 的正规性和光滑性判据。此外，我们证明 $M$ 是阿贝尔簇上的诱导簇，其纤维为具有稠密单位群的连通仿射幺半群。
