Mg(x)Zn(1-x)O的线性和非线性光学响应:密度泛函研究

摘要

采用全势线性化缀加平面波(FP-LAPW)方法,计算了岩盐相和纤锌矿相MgxZn1-xO(0 ≤ x ≤ 1)的总态密度和分态密度、频率依赖的复折射率(包括消光系数)、光学电导率和透射率。随着Mg浓度的增加,岩盐相的折射率实部减小,而消光系数、光学电导率和透射率增加。在纤锌矿相中,寻常光和非寻常光折射率减小,而平行和垂直于c轴方向的消光系数、光学电导率和透射率均增加。
