我们给出了从ZEPLIN-III 2008年运行中推导出的非弹性暗物质的WIMP-核子截面限制。对闪烁脉冲形状和闪烁-电离比的截断给出了在20-80keV核反冲能范围内63 kg.days的净曝光量,在此范围内观测到6个事件。信号率的上限由数据中的最大空白区域推导得出。在标准晕假设下,与引起1.17 ton.year DAMA调制信号一致的参数空间的一小区域在90% CL下被允许:其质量范围为45-60 GeV,最低CL为88%,同样由最大空白区域推导得出。这是迄今为止使用氙靶对DAMA结果的该解释给出的最严格限制。
