隧穿谱学测量二维电子寿命

摘要
对于平行二维电子系统之间的电子隧穿，面内动量守恒产生尖锐的共振电流-电压特性，并提供了对底层电子谱函数的独特灵敏探针。我们在此报告将该技术应用于清洁二维系统中电子-电子散射速率温度依赖性的精确测量。我们的结果与现有计算定性一致。
